Jaipur-Chandigarh via Churu is a wet dream of Rajasthan MPs.
The moment train gets directed to Northern Rajasthan, forget Chandigarh it wont even make it to North Haryana districts via Churu.
Shortest route...

From Hisar there is no direct rail route to Chandigarh, VB will have to be routed either via Rohtak which will take 95-100 minutes including Rake reversals. From Rohtak, VB would need another 200 Minutes to CDG (from whichever route you direct it - Panipat or Jind/Kaithal).
If it is routed via Jakhal-Dhuri-Ambala it will take 4 hours to Ambala alone from Hisar including all the rake reversals. Add another 40 minutes to CDG.
Whichever route you run this from Churu-Hisar onwards, its a minimum 10 Hours journey to CDG on a VB with multiple rake reversals.

Jab train Northern Rajasthan ki taraf chalegi, Chandigarh bhool jao, North Haryana ke districts tak toh nahi pahunch payegi Churu se. Jaipur se Hisar ka shortest route (Sikar, Churu, Sadulpur se) khud mein 328 KMs hai aur pura single line hai. VB ko Hisar tak pahunchne mein minimum 5 ghante lagenge.
Hisar se Chandigarh ka koi direct rail route nahi hai, VB ko ya toh Rohtak se jana padega jo 95-100 minutes lega rake reversals ke sath. Rohtak se CDG tak pahunchne ke liye aur 200 minutes lagenge (jitne bhi route se direct karo - Panipat ya Jind/Kaithal).
Agar Jakhal-Dhuri-Ambala se jao toh Hisar se Ambala tak pahunchne mein hi 4 ghante lagenge saare rake reversals ko chhod kar. CDG tak aur 40 minutes add karo.
Churu-Hisar se chale toh jo bhi route le lo, CDG tak ka safar VB par ek minimum 10 ghante ka hoga multiple rake reversals ke sath.
