It is heartening to note that so far in this Financial Year we have been able to roll out LOCOS as per the Target Fixed and we need to strictly adhere to the PLAN to meet the Production Target at the End of the Year. As per the Future Course of Action we are going to STOP the production of CONVENTIONAL as well as GTO TECHNOLOGY BASED LOCOS after September,2015. From October Onwards all Locos that we are going to Roll Out, will be 3 Phase Locos(IGBT Technology Based) as it is the NEED OF THE HOUR. So we need to finish all pending jobs related to OLD TECHNOLOGY BASED LOCO Production within September 2015. Hope You all will take NOTE of this Future Plan and act accordingly. This change in Production Pattern is for the betterment of our production Unit. But while implementing this Plan we have to be cautious about Safety Aspects of our Staff as well as Quantity and Quality of Production. I remind you to remember taking all possible measures in Order to Pre-empt any untoward Incident in the Real Time Situation. Such incidents NOT ONLY Dampen our Spirits BUT ALSO hamper Production.
