What will SR try to achieve by delinking the rakes of PC and MS-CAPE? Pathetic to see the way the zone is functioning. They didnt even care to build a pitline at CAPE and decongest NCJ.

Easily they can consider pairing RSA with mannai express with spare ICF coaches, duly delinking thiruchendur express from the RSA and increasing its coaches from 18 to 22 or 24 since thiruchendur express always runs with full rush and unfortunately it became a solo train for both end to end and intermediate caterance.
As SC VSKP VB travels via-KZJ,WL,KMT which is already having peek train moment in WL BZA section and already because of this VB Konark exp is getting effected badly. but Sabari exp travels via-Nalgonda, Guntur the route of SC-Pagidipally-Nalgonda-Guntur is free in 6 o clock slot and 9 o clock slot in the morning which was mentioned by the DRUCC and ZRUCC members
At 520 Hyd Sripur express at SC, 530 Vijayawada intercity, 540 Belgavi kazipet special ( now cancelled) then 605 Krishna express. If they have dep at 545 it has to overtake 3 trains, PF 1 wil be alloted to Vskp Vb then Tirupati VB has to go PF3. Moreover they are 3 arrivals with 2 terminating at SC which requires PF from 530 to 600. That's reason they are proposing Sabari from Cherlapally at 600 then it will follow VJA intercity into Nalgonda line for overtake by TPTY VB.
I don't see anything wrong with Morning departure from Hyderabad except traffic. The sole purpose of the train is to cater Telengana to Kerala - So it makes sense to take all the pax from SC to Tenali during morning and either go in front of TVC mail or go behind TVC mail. Return at 14:00 Dep would make sense too o cover till PGT before night and reach CBE at 22:00ish but CBE is heavily rushed during the time so hardly they can stop for 3 mins at PF 3 before they could make the train leave immediately for other trains.

Regarding New RSA between 12634/16526/12633/16525
Again it might impact the delay in departure of 12634 back to history, after running nearly 930 kilometers within 3 hours of time whether 12634 can be ready with proper cleanliness.

PC MS CAPE is daily maintainence. PC alone dont need daily maintainence.
If SR takes over SBC CAPE and NCJ SMVB with maintenance at NCJ/ CAPE, then SWR can extend both SR trains to SMET or DVG.
Except Chennai and CBE-BNC VB and CBE-SBC Uday , rest of the trains operating within TN to Bengaluru/Mysuru are run by SWR. 16231/16232Mysore-Mayiladuthurai Express, 16235/16236Mysore-Tuticorin Express. 17235/SMVT Bengaluru - Nagercoil Express (with SCR rake), 16530/Karaikal - SMVT Bengaluru Express, 16212/Salem - Yesvantpur Express.. SR never think rest of the TN people demand to Bengaluru train services.
SWR trains run to CAPE TN RMM KIK MV PDY in SR areas of Tamil Nadu.
But no SR train runs from Trichy Madurai Salem division to SWR Area.

If SR takes over Island express (SBC CAPE) and NCJ SMVB, they can run both with RSA. Incoming Island can leave as via MDU and incoming via MDU can run as Island.
Also, the rake freed by breaking Seshadri can be used to run as RSA to Kondaveedu. Kondaveedu can become daily.
