solar panels will be installed based on the electricity needs of each station. The project is expected to save electricity and money for the railways, reducing its dependence on the DVC and JBVBNL. Currently, seven stations in the Dhanbad Rail Division have solar plants, which generated 5.60 lakh kilowatt-hours of electricity in the 2023-24 fiscal year, saving the railways 22.54 lakh rupees in electricity costs. This new project will increase the number of stations with solar plants, including prominent ones like Gomo, Chichanki, Parsnath, Phusro, Gomia, Gurpa, Gajhandi, Piparadih, Patratu, Daltonganj, Chopan, Hazaribagh Road, Barkakana, Barwadih, and Singrauli.

Is waqt Dhanbad Rail Division mein 7 stations pe solar plants hain, jinse 2023-24 mein 5.60 lakh kilowatt-hours electricity generate hua, jisse railways ko 22.54 lakh rupees electricity costs mein bachawat hui. Is naye project se aur bhi stations pe solar plants lagayenge, jisme kuchh prominent stations hain jaise Gomo, Chichanki, Parsnath, Phusro, Gomia, Gurpa, Gajhandi, Piparadih, Patratu, Daltonganj, Chopan, Hazaribagh Road, Barkakana, Barwadih, aur Singrauli.
