Sealdah, and Bhagalpur-Muzaffarpur Intercity trains at Chakia Thermal Halt. The members also discussed improving passenger amenities at the halt and ticket sales. They demanded the installation of electricity, high mast lights, education, healthcare, and clean drinking water facilities in villages affected by pollution through CSR funds from NTPC and HURL. They also decided to meet railway officials regarding the construction of an ROB at the railway cabin in Kasha. The meeting was attended by Ward Councilor representatives Anil Kumar Sharma, Avinash Kumar, Dev Kumar, Aurangzeb, Satish Kumar, Ashok Thakur, Ashok Paswan, Ganesh Yadav, Madan Rai, Mo.
