I have got 3 people sharing one berth as RAC after chart preparation. How can this be possible. In Garib Rath 3 people got same seat number RG8 73 (for 3 ppl).. Can you please tell me how this works?

Yes it's normal if being assigned as RAC. All three get lower birth and middle birth kept unassigned. However one of the three does not travel the two can have these births.

Why does anyone cancel WL tickets on Tatkal quota even the refund is zero? Do they get any benefit if they cancel the WL ticket?

Thanks guys, that's true about WL ticket, but WL tatkal tickets probably upto WL-10 is getting confirmed after preparation of charts. how does it happen if anyone who booked confirmed ticket under Tatka quota doesn't cancel it?, if so they get merely zero refund..
