This proposal was made before cg election and since now election has been completed there is almost no hope that we are seeing this train anytime soon now, but if it started it should run from ITR.
From where you got this letter, its from July and that time there was no discussion about it and now suddenly it appeared, what could be the reason?
What is current status of this letter, rejected or under consideration.

Yes it will be good if departed from Ambikapur by morning 5 but more importantly it should leave from Durg at around 3 and reaches Ambikapur by 12 so that all flight people can get train option.
