You pose the same question for every train. These are passenger converted express with 11 SL coaches and 8GS coaches with 3 rakes. Further they run to Tier-2 towns where requirement is non AC coaches. They can't get these many number of coaches as production of SL and GS is negligible and are being adjusted from other trains and spares by adding 3AC. Delta/kakatiya, GNT KCG, GNT Rayagada and Tirupati, MTM Vskp and Bidar, Manuguru Night train wil be the last trains to get LHB may be after 2029 after all trains are LHBfied.

2AC will be replaced with GS which is very rare. As its being from Sep 17th after ARP should have replaced SL with GS and retain 2AC as its long route the quotas will already be less will get reduced further.

If sheshadri RSA is removed as Nidadavolu BVRM VJA line is doubled it can arrive SMVT at 1130 and return to Kakinada at 1230 and arrive at 700. No need of any RSA and change in terminal. SCR can give LHB rakes to Sheshadri as it requires only 2.
Further if MTM YPR terminal is changed to SMVT and given early arrival at Bengaluru by SWR atleast at 900 due to completion of doubling in DMM route and increase in frequency to daily it will be a bonus for Vijayawada...
