When I searched for Delhi to Jaipur all trains I found to Uttaranchal Express their with two different numbers. Then I wrote on blog. Still 9266 is not removed. 9566 is already there. Thanks for the notification. The train won't appear on Delhi - Jaipur searches anymore. Due to caching effects, there is a delay of 1 day before the train disappears completely from all searches (even though it does immediately show the current status as renumbered or cancelled, against the train).

The way to update train information is to "Add the train again" with the correct number, name and start & end dates of run. So, in this case, if you were to add the Duronto again with start date as Oct 4, the information will be updated.
Since this is still 1 month away, we might want to wait a little bit. The Admin note is OK for now.

The Loco's been used down south for Shunting Purpose, as part of Intensive Trial/Checking Purpose, same like WDP-4 used for shunting @ CSTM (not so long back)
The Bio-Diesel Plant is proposed to set-up in Chennai & hence, currently MAS lot is been utilized for Intensive Check!!
Once its okied as Shunter & Bio-Diesel plant gets commissioned, then it will haul trains one-by-one, the following way,
1. Freight
2. Passenger
3. Non-Superfast
4. Superfast
For Shunting purpose, Diesel LOCO has been converted into Bio-Diesel, as for now & order has been processed for fresh Loco @ DLW (BSB)
Eg, YDM-4: Golden Rock (as per IRFCA)

Right you are. In fact I have seen the jatropha farms in Kharagpur being cultivated by the SER. Also while I was a Bank Officer posted at Kharagpur, I had received quite a few applications for agriculture loans to finance jathropa cultivation on a large scale. However, these loan proposals did not find favour with the Bank's technical cell in view of the unproven viability/long gestation period of this activity. Manoj, you seem to be very well informed.
