Would it be feasible to extend this train to JSM? Its timings on extension will make it a significantly faster overnight connection between DEE-JSM when compared with 14659/60.
Its timings could then be:
Delhi Sarai Rohilla 2335
Bikaner 0740 0750 (no change in timings between DEE-BKN)

It can be augmented with a few coaches so that BKN doesn't lose too much of its quota, something like:
ENG SLR GS GS GS HA1 A2 A1 B3 B2 B1 S9 S8 S7 S6 S5 S4 S3 S2 S1 GS GS GS SLR
This will improve rake utilisation and provide a faster connection on a route that has only one direct daily train (HWH-JSM isn't very convenient between DLI-JSM)

Its an NWR train, primary maintenance has to be in NWR which can't happen in three odd hours. For you proposal (which is pretty nice), it has to be transferred to NR but will NWR do it? NEVER!
