Ravi Kumar sought extension of Chennai-Tirupati Garudadri Express, Secunderabad-Kurnool Tungabhadra passenger, Mysore-Bangalore-Tirupati Mysore Express trains up to Kadapa.

On the plea to halt Tirupati-Hazrat Nizamuddin Kranthi express in Rajampet, the GM assured a one-minute halt at Rajampet. Mr. Asthana assured to send proposals to the Central and State governments seeking sanction of funds for reviving the under-bridge at Rajampet, if proposals were received from the local MP and MLA. He assured to apprise the Railway Board on demand for a railway wagon unit at Nandalur. Lands were identified at Kazipet and some places but no decision was taken yet, he said. Additional bogies would be added to several trains to meet passenger rush.
