Who is paying gov for this?? Everyone of us.
Every responsible citizen of India.
Venting anger is quite acceptable and its human nature.
But, what if the passengers in the coach were burnt to death?
Why did they have to beat up the driver who at least got even heart attack n emotional bolt when he saw souls getting crushed under his train.
Railways have many faults n pple often bawl about it.
5 km/s n charge is 10-15 rs for a normal ticket and a poor person knows how hard it is to travel from one place to place.
Not only the poor suffer, even the middle class n rich too share the part.
At least the British have laid the tracks for us before leaving us, but we have forgotten some good lessons from them too, except we often cursed them as they ruled us for 100+ years.

Railways would have placed a passenger speed restriction IF the local authorities would have informed Zone about it.
The news tells many stories but in reality, when a public is seen in the station, a LP HONKS, SLOWS the train for a while.
But when the public doesn't heed n follow their own way, disaster are bound to happen.
I can't explain more than this as Indians are suffering since decades.
If one learns to understand a basic knowledge, then non of us will suffer.
