They are like chewing gum, if you touch it, it sticks to you, if you ignore it does not bother you...
Their main purpose is 'money' by way of giving 'aashirwaad' or blessing of Goddess. For that they try to touch, and this touch is making many 'touchy' and they get 'torched' with anger....
Few are respecting them, few are despising them...
Just ignore...

them if you feel you do not want to pay them.... but avoid any sort of eye contact or arguments .... and they can not stay more than a minute with you, as they have to finish their business within few minutes only...
I had seen a group of of Eunuchs on Somnath Jabalpur train once. They were calm until one gentlemen got entangled with them...
and one eunuch got infuriated, she started showing her color, and even threatened with dire consequences to the man in question... in the end Eunuchs got down at next station, and were busy calming down their companion ... but a scene was created ...
