Passengers can book food and drinks during the ticket booking process or during their journey. This feature will be rolled out in 25 trains initially as a pilot project and will be expanded later. Passengers will not be charged any extra fees for this service. The refund policy has been outlined with specific cancellation charges depending on the time of cancellation. No refunds will be issued for orders cancelled after the chart is prepared or for meals booked during the journey.
