They highlighted improvements in working conditions for loco pilots since 2014, including better rest facilities in running rooms. Loco pilots are provided with 16 hours of rest at their headquarters and 8 hours in the running room before being assigned to the next train. The running room offers amenities like air-conditioned bedrooms, RO water coolers, clean linen, a meditation room, entertainment facilities, a dining hall, and appliances like refrigerators, irons, and washing machines. Separate arrangements have been made for vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals. Officials also stated that they are continuously improving train punctuality and addressing the issue of dilapidated quarters.

facilities ka jaayza liya. Unhone bataya ki loco pilots Indian Railways ki Reeth ki haddi hai aur safety aur security sabse important hai. Unhone 2014 ke baad se loco pilots ki working conditions mein aaye improvements pe bhi light dali, jismein running rooms mein better rest facilities bhi shamil hain. Loco pilots ko apne headquarters pe 16 hours aur Running Room mein 8 hours rest dene ke baad next train mein booking kiya jata hai. Running Room mein air-conditioned bedrooms, RO water coolers, clean linen, meditation room, entertainment facilities, dining hall, aur refrigerators, irons, aur washing machines jaise appliances bhi hain. Vegetarian aur non-vegetarian meals ke liye alag arrangements kiye gaye hain. Officials ne ye bhi bataya ki woh train punctuality ko improve karne aur dilapidated quarters ke issue ko address karne ke liye continuously efforts kar rahe hain.
