Punctuality of trains in kgp division is very poor in last 1 year and downgrading day by day.
RB and RM is ignoring SER and specially KGP & Adra divisions.

Trains' punctuality in the KGP division has been terrible and getting worse day by day. RB and RM are turning a blind eye to SER, KGP, and Adra Divisions.
