current TT, if 22454 MTC LJN RR gets delayed, its pretty obvious that 11110 LJN VGLJ ICE will get delayed and hence next day 11109 VGLJ LJN ICE run gets hampered.

Hence, the permanent solution sud by taken by NR because the actual culprit here is Northern Railways (NR)
e.g. 2 rakes, speed up, higher priority, etc
