Thank goodness PLW has started manufacturing again. Much needed to patch the HOG P7 shortage. Hope CLW and BLW also start joining in.
I'd say the workshops (such as BSL or PER) also need to start upgrading all e-locos with HOG kits. LGD for example has too many P7s without HOG. So most trains with regular LGD links from other zones (such as KSK, KK, Bengaluru Rajdhani) often get non-HOG LGD links. Nowadays LGD non-HOG locos are starting to haul trains in the SBC - MAS line again, like they used to...
