Wrong ! Lhb ki sakt zarurat hai abhi . At least ER zone mein 130 kmph pe dauda payenge & thoda bahut delay bhi cover kr payega. Baaki loco jo bhi ho sectional speed CIC mein toh 100 kmph hi rhega.

Wap-7 hone se acceleration de-acceleration bahut mayne rkhta h.. kuch har station me train ko loop se freight train overtake karna padta haiii.... Lhb me to time lagega or 3 Wap-7 arrenge karna utna muskil nhi h......

Acceleration/ deceleration se kya fayda , jb wahi speed rhega ? Infact isko abhi bhi 3 phase loco milte hai. Zyada se zyada reversal time reduce hoga agar 3 locos provide kre toh. Aur ha , iska Lhbfication abhi 2-3 mahine mein hone wala hai. Ek chiz hai ki agar CIC ko 130 kmph upgrade krde in near future tb jake fayda hoga aur time mein maintain kr payega .

I think DHN Division ko zyada initiative lena hoga CIC trains me speedup ke liye.
Doubling pura hone ke baad RRME ko puri tarah se BRKA ka alternative banao and OBRA/SGRL me 24 coach trains ka waterfilling facilities develop karo. BRKA ka kaam DHN aaram se kar dega almost sare platforms DHN ke me refilling possible hain bas 1A,7,8 ko chor ke

Dhanbad se ek piche loco arrangement chalwana chahiye CPU tak.
10 min halt DHN me piche loco lagane ke liye aur waterfilling ke liye. BRKA me 5 min for crew change. CPU me loco attach and waterfilling ke liye 10 mins.
Sidha ek ghanta bachega. ASN-DHN me already itna slack rehta hai easily adjust ho jayega.
Loco change karne se zyada yeh faida dega I think.
