This train has lost its credibility as a premium train in Indian railways. 4 hours delay has become a norm for this train, almost in every journey day, it reaches Pune after 1 pm where the official arrival time is 9.40 am. Coaches are not at all maintained, bathrooms are dirty, automatic flash don't work, food quality degraded significantly, stops every now and then to give pass to other train, overall the premium quality is lost totally, now it's just another ordinary ac express. Better to take a flight, instead of travelling in this train for 32 hours.
Any train going through SECR territory is running late by 3-4 hours even when running on time before. The blame should lie only on SECR for prioritising freight over passenger services.
Almost all the train in secr getting huge delay due to secr give importance to freight better this train should get divert via dhn ddu jabalpur manmad also Mumbai cst duronto too as earlier only in ncr pryj division duronto did not get priority whereas other duronto were running with very good priority.We can take the example of nzm Pune duronto ,ndls bct ngp cst duronto these are only best Duronto in IR which gets duronto like premium priority and always run ahead of schedule despite aggressive schedule
