Please understand one thing. Don't use REPORT option when your TL shows WL stamp.
If you are sure then only you should create tl entries else it is likely to receive void every time.

Train me loco add karne k liye sirf shed or loco class ko update kiya jata hai number add nahi kiya jata.. Lekin update tabhi deni chaiye jab sure raho k train recent me regularly update ki ja rahi loco se hi chal rahi hai.. Galat hone pe monitors void issue karenge. Jaise yhan kiya gya. Observe other TLs for few days.
TL means timelines which you are creating and receiving voids. Timelimes are are used to update the info on this site.
