Hello guys, just now I booked tkt in 2AC in 12704 date 09/11/18. Within few minutes of booking start for 09/11/18, my tkt booked in WL Entry# 3621770,
Do predict my pnr. And one question how a general quota full within few minutes. Seem major scandal is there.

Only 18 seats quota, in festive season will vanish in a blink of an eye. There is nothing sort of a scandal in this.
Bhai, its diwali season for the time you have booked the ticket. For festive seasons people can plan as they know they will have holidays just like you planned. Along with you 100s would have logged in for that 18 seats. Whose luck would have been mindblowing got it CNF/RAC. Others got WL tickets. These scenarios are very common during diwali, holi, durga puja, ganesh chaturthi. Check in trains from mumbai to konkan for ganesh chaturthi, in 5 min 1000s of seats got booked and all trains are in WL, some as long as WL 750 +.
My say would be 75-25 chance. Being 4 months in DOJ some would cancel but citing festival season, maybe cancellation would be less. In that case it may stuck in WL, not even enter RAC. But high probability that it should CNF. Sure shot can only be said after 2 months after seeing the status. Had it been normal days, 100% it would have confirmed. Post the PNR in PNR forum for more predictions.
