UPA ne 10 years tak raaj kiya, aue election ke kuch mahine pehle direct cash transfer to BPL card holders (expenditure about 3 lac crore/annum) ka bojh aane wali govt. par daal gayi. NDA ne bhi thodi akal le liya hai

(4) Many new premium trains shall be introduced.
* After elections, if NDA comes to power in, I guess they will increase the surcharge on base fare of these trains (over M/E trains) from current level of 15% to a higher level say 25%. They will not levy flexifares again because it will bring very bad name for Govt with no significant increase in revenue.
