well why dont you look at the way GDR handles the trains then buddy...then you will have a clear idea ....the trains which is coming towards GDR will always gets late even thought they start/reach destinations on time....and to cover that delay...they give slack between NLR-GDR both directions...and there is no such route constraints or speed restrictions in GDR sections as much as in the BZA-DVD which is the reason why trains will ply with significantly low Speed then that of GDR section...

more... also the goods traffic has to be maintained without delay as it may hit IR revenues ...so most of the times if you see, main lines are blocked in SCR and SCR is also famous for giving Trains to skips through PF/Loop side rather than through main line which always requires additional time as it has to slow down before switching and continue like that till the entire rake crosses the switch and joins the main line.....one thing i would like to say here..no matter what...you cant compare the BZA station with RJY because a junction handling the trains is altogether a new ball game compared to the way intermediate statoins managing the traffic and giving priorities no matter form where they are getting instructoins...
