The reason behind this much heavily flooded auranga was heavy rain falls in hilly area's plus high tide in sea due to amavasiya which has leads to biggest ever floods in Valsad!! Due to this two bridges for vehicles on Auranga River was damaged!!

Passing at 100 kph in this condition of river bridge is big thing.
Absolutely after this floods TSR of 10kmph is given for this bridge!! All trains crawls at 10kmph here now and still due to heavy rains in hilly area this river is full yet not this much level but 60% it's full
