yes, I'm a resident of IPR and use Magadh Express for travel between IPR and PNBE.
3rd rake is always idle at NDLS, you can try to find the RSA, and you won't find that.
12402 is feasible for IPR, SLIP coaches not. if given a night halt, only 1 loco is engaged.
1 slip coach will require 1 LOCO as well, which means...
more... to 2 locos are required. DNR does not have a single loco, how can they arrange 2 :D
During the FOG (1st December to 15 January), Magadh operated between NDLS and PNBE only, and the average delay on both the sides was 9 hours average.
Few years back, they short terminated Magadh at PNBE, even then they failed to reach it on time on a single day at NDLS / PNBE.
When those trials are already failed, why not a trial with night halt at IPR???
