What would be revised fare for HWH NDLS RAJDHANI SDAH NDLS RAJDHANI or SDAH NDLS DURONTO both 3AC and 2AC AND Tatkal fares?

at bigger stations you can find special excess fare collection counters. u can pay there or on board. as per my suggestion, even irctc should enable collection of excess fare or else it becomes too hectic for tte...especially for overnight trains. ..its tough to collect excess fare from 300 passengers if a train leaves delhi at 2330 and reaches kanpur at 0500am...
another problem is of change, passengers usually give notes of big denominations and the TTE finds it very hard to return the change.
yes TTE is not a sitting clerk...& none of the TTEs are actually interested to collect 10-15 rs from each pass...rly should follow diff mechanism to collect fare,if not then increase fare on advance notice of 60 days....
