All special trains are running so late.. What is the benefit of special trains if they can't even run on time.. 2-3 hrs delay is normal in IR but special trains are usually running late by more than 10-12hrs.. My friend is waiting for 04026 since morning but still no update on NTES when it will depart from NDLS..
