When people can stand and travel in a crowded bus why not in a train ?
Not many will take end to end, the train will be vacant for sure , how ever for intermediate travelers it may be of some help.

The primary reason for objecting the train is, it may be made as a regular one. But a long-standing demand is for an overnight train from RMM to SBC or MYS via KKDI, TPJ.
SWR proved once again. One more train running into SR region. Serving neighbouring zones without expecting anything in return.
SWR is famous in designing routes which looks alphabets U,Z,C,S and N. By running this train from Karur to Trichy and then to Madurai, they proved their presence/ influence in setting up the time table. It should have been Karur-Trichy-Karaikudi-Manamadurai or from Karur-Dindugul-Madurai-Manamadurai.
SWR is great in providing arrival timings at ghost hours. See the RMM-YPR arrival time. 2330 at YPR. Definitely, this is SWR's TT formation group which gave such a...

Good CC,but why only weekly, with 1 rake can be tri weekly easily.

Will be given special Treatment inside the train...People can enjoy more time in AC more value for money before they reach Chennai and start feeling the Hot & Muggy weather...
The rake may be used as MAS - SC duranta that's y 1way A/c Spl. clever railways instead of running empty wagons from YPR to MAS,they run as Spl
