It is decided to revise the arrival / departure train timings at Chikkamagaluru with effect from December 1, 2023 of Train No. 16240 Yesvantpur-Chikkamagaluru Daily Express will arrive at Chikkamagaluru station at 08:35 PM (instead of the old timing of 08:45 PM).

LHB inspection coaches have 'transition couplers' (A combined CBC and screw coupler) like all locomotives. They can be attached to both CBC and non-CBC coaches.

This type of LHB Inspection coach they will have buffer and CBC coupler unlike normal LHB where Buffer will not there except in EOG. In EOG also there buffer will be there where 'X' mark will be there. And also for CBC coupler type coupling system both Screw and CBC coupler train can be attached
