Thanks. At Nasik Road this train stop for five minute. the time table is showing here is incorrect. I just want to know that i have reservation in Chair car, i want to know if i get some food then i have to pay or not like Rajdhani or Shatabdi, and also i want to know the actual time of train reach at Nasik Road and Mumbai CST. Reply asap. From Keshav Mishra Sir, In Jan Shatabdi Trains, food is not included in the cost of ticket. Hence, what ever (and if) is available, has to be paid for. For timings, just click the header of this blog, you will come to know at your own, please. The train is excellent. Cleanliness is commendable, even for the Second class coaches. Food served is good and there is a lot of variety. I strongly feel IR can reduce the time of journey by at least 30 minutes on its Aurangabad-Mumbai run. I was on-board 2072 on Aug 9, 2009 and the train arrived Dadar at 11:55 AM which is 30 minutes before time! This was due to absence of fast local trains as it was a Sunday and there was a mega block. Otherwise the train runs at a good speed till Kasara and then suddenly slows down due to a number of trains & locals ahead of it. I think as Janshatabdi this train should be given track preference. Hope the situation improves when IR reschedules the Mumbai suburban time table. Does not halt at Kasara. Igatpuri technical halt. No loco change from Aurangabad to Mumbai. Usuallky gets Kalyan WDG-3A or KYN WDM-3D. TRAIN NO. 2072, STOPS AT IGATPURI AND KASARA ALSO. JUST LIKE ALL OTHER EXPRESS TRAINS. Igatpuri is only a technical stop Train # 2072, At Igatpuri train only has a technical halt where the power changes for the train. Every UP and DOWN train has a technical halt at IGP. I am not sure whether it really halts at Kasara. May be there is a local crossing ahead of the train. THE TIME TABLE GIVEN FOR 2072 IS WRONG ONE. IT STOPS AT IGATPURI. Train # 2072 halts at IGP.
