THIS IS THE BEST TRAIN&WITH IS BEST SPEED. BUT THE COACH S1 IS THE VERY BAD CONDITATION COACH. THE QUALITY WAS VERY POOR. I SAW THE ANATHER COACHES WAS SAME CONDITATION.SO I REQUEST TO INDIAN RAIL PL CHANG THE ALL COACHES .FROM-SACHIN Hi I travelled with my family from Vasai Road to Karamali (Goa) by this train. Train timing at Vasai Road is 3:50AM. We reached Vasai Road station early by 1AM and went to Platform 7 from where the train departs. Platform 7 is absolutely dirty and lot of construction work going on the same platform. So we decided to stay back on Western Railway platform no.2 which was much cleaner than 7. Fortunately train was on time and we went to platform 7 just before 10minutes of departure time. The platform does not have any coach indicators (not even boards) and its tough to find out the coach, so please check the coach position and make enquiry before catching the train. The coaches used for this train were little overused even though not old. Due to low rush the journey was good. The train got delayed by 2 hours by the time it reached Goa. Please note that (at Vasai Road) the coach positions /platform number are put up on a board which is located on passage above platform number 1 near station master office. Construction work is a temporary problem and will be solved soon. about the info put on board, is a nice and useful information. thanks once again. it should be stard from new delhi instead of nizamuddin no space in new delhi station. moreover, the terminals of west and south bound trains (particularly for new trains) will be nizamuddin only. In future NDLS will be used only for transition points. I am planning a tour for goa. Does this train goes thru Konkan Railway? OR Shall I go to Mumbai and then change another train? the train takes delhi-mum route till panvel and travels in konkan route later (via Ratnagiri etc). no need of going to mumbai and changing the train. but before you make your plans, check with 139 for rainy season timetable and change in routes as KR is affected by landslides etc. pl check befor booking. Thanks, I am planning for September mid. will it be ok at that time? goa sampark kranti is one of d best train to goa from delhi but there is still lack of trains to goa from delhi specialy in peak season ,,, i am taking my college to goa by goa express all i wanted to know that is there pantry car in goa express? IS THERE A PANTRY IN GOA SAMPARK KRANTI FROM DELHI YES...... & food is very good. They provide good Biryani. But I travelled 5 months back. I am not sure abt current situation. This is a wonderful train. The train is known as 'Goa Sampark Kranti Express.' Train nos are 2449/2450. This is a Goan train meant to connect the state to Delhi. Would like to request the authorities to extend the train upto Canacona southwards, so that the people beyond Margao can benefit from the same. Goa doesn't have a Rajdhani Express type train. There is the TVC Rajdhani passing through, which only stops at Madgaon. Hence, this train (2449/2450) is a fastest train for Goans wishing to travel to Delhi. It would be great if the train is extended upto Canacona. कृपया रतलाम में भी स्टाप देवे ताकि गोवा जाने के लिए सीधी ट्रेन मिल सके no need to stop at ratlam that is the only reason why allll chal akela chal akela chal akela, chal chala chal, walking is the best exercise, no expenses, khane ko hava, pine ko pani, pahenne ko patta, karne ko bhajan, sadhu to chalata bhala, no expense.
