Many Thanks for your gr8 service. @first blogger: Pooled Quota Wait List or PQWL is a waitlist ona particular Pooled Quota. IR has realizes on some trains there is lot of reservations between intermediate stations or short of destination, where in the capacity is not being fully commercially utilized. Also this leads to passengers who want to make the whole journey between source and destination also suffer. So for an example there may be a certain number of berths in each class moved into a separate pool for say HYB- PUNE. Once these seats are booked there will be a separate waitlist(PWQL) which will be generated similar to a separate queue. This PQWL will only move upwards when people in the particular quota cancel. There have been previous discussions on the same topic where in some of the more experienced Blogger have also explained the same topic. Please search the forum for all the information.
