Sangatthan kafi samay se karmachariyon ki maango ko lekar sarkar ke samne maang patra deta raha hai lekin sarkar koi bhi sakaratmak nirnay nahi le payi. Is karan karmachariyon ne haadtal ka faisla liya hai. Pratham charan mein karmachariyon se haadtal ko lekar unke paksh evam vipaksh ke liye matdaan karaaya ja raha hai.
