more... growth. This approximately 3.5km long, 60 feet wide strip of land lies between the Churu railway line underpass and the old Ratangarh West station. Residents are bothered by the garbage and lack of maintenance. Although the land is adjacent to the main bus station and link road, neither the Railway administration nor the Municipal Council takes responsibility for its upkeep. The railway authorities decline to comment, while the Municipal Council alleges that their attempts at cleaning have been blocked by the railway authorities. Locals had brought the issue to the attention of Member of Parliament Rahul Kaswan, who visited Ratangarh recently, but no action has been taken yet.

Ye jameen main bus station aur link road ke pass hai, par railway aur municipal council dono hi iski safai nahi kar rahe. Railway officials kuchh bhi bolne ko tayyar nahi hain, aur municipal council kehne wali hai ki railway authorities ne unhe jameen saaf karne se rok diya tha aur unke samagri ko zabt kar liya tha. Is wajah se, municipal council abhi tak safai nahi kar payi. Ratangarh aaye MP Rahul Kaswan ko bhi locals ne is issue ke baare me bataya tha, lekin abhi tak koi action nahi liya gaya.
