period ke baad, usko 16 October tak judicial custody mein jail bhej diya. Is incident ke baad se, RPF aur national investigating agencies ne Sabir se poochtaach ki. Is ghatna ke peeche koi terrorist ya desh virodhi saajish hone ki shanka thi kyunki yeh army ki special train se judha tha.
