ki Railways dwara berth ki unavailability ki wajah se automatically cancel ho jaate hain, unke liye full refund diya jata hai, applicable clerkage charge ke siwa. Minister ne yeh bhi saaf kiya ki Railways passengers dwara ticket cancellation se generate hone wali revenue ka alag se record nahi rakhti hai.
