David Shiril, joint coordinator of CISCE Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand Region (Sports), conducted the event. The judging panel comprised Chandan, Saurabh, Prakash, Uday Pratap Singh, Roderick Abhijeet, Suraj, Levin, Harshit, CP Rana, and Aakash Singh. Players from various age groups were selected for the national team based on their performance in the competition.
