Jamalpur rail workshop is not professionally managed by Indian Railway because of Dictatorship and red tapism. Now the only solution is to make it private. Post privatisation all problem will be solved by one by one. Now rail officers are only thinking about salary and salary. Need to terminate Eastern Railway high level officers for any kind of mishappening or accident. Their work is not to take only salary and let everything as it is.

Accountabilty is almost zero. Same thing we are observing a small 350 m tunnel takes years but there is no sign of completion the tunnel. So I am supporting privatization of Railway and its services. Indian railway always failed to provide quality services.
