However, we are waiting for semi AC locals to start as soon as possible as there is no difference in first class and second class on WR due to no checking during peak hours. Hope AC locals will provide some respite to existing first class passengers who will need to fork out 30% more than first class fares to get rid of daily nightmare.

Relax sir. By next couple of years, we may all see FC gone from all our locals. Not just WR, but CR, HB and TH lines as well. Then it will only be Non-AC vs AC. Looks like a good move since at least in AC we'll be hopefully able to see presence of a few TCs working (not dozing like going/returning from work).
I hope so. But you never know. We have a history of rolling back against new initiatives.
