i am just saying that Suburban rail nw is over crowded due to subsidized fare.BEST buses are not so successful due to high fare in comparison to rail.

Are neta ko chooro, mere paas letter hai prabhu ka local MP ko likha hua jisme clearly mentioned hai ki FOB banega per zonal authorities ki laxity k kaaran ye accident hua. TOI ne detailed report publish kiya tha.
