Gurgaon ko smart city list mein to liya nahi. Poora Haryana Gurgaon ka revenue share sabse adhik hai, bole to gurgaon ki kamai khata hai.
Instead of giving better public services like buses, hospitals and removing traffic bottlenecks, Haryana govt giving the gift that would hardly have any benefit
