16031 is 1 of Slowest train on IR network. 56 hours run with Rack maintenance time at JAT only 10 hours sharp. Extending it for another 4-5 hours run will make it impossible to run at all. In Winter it already run late 12-48 hours.
They had run it as special but no regularization. Probably because of pending rxl nke gc,but rxl sgl nke is always available.
