Correct, It seems these Premium trains are been introduced without thinking twice and most of them are expected to bomb (except for few trips on important days)...
IR seems to be misfiring a lot these days... AC DD, Premium trains, Durontos... the list seems endless..
Too much fascination for anything new :P
AC DD's should have been introduced on sectors like Mumbai-Goa, Lucknow-Delhi long back but instead we saw them being introduced on routes like INDB-BPL, KCG-TPTY/GNT, HWH-DHN which undoubtedly proved to be a huge disasters and still IR hasn't learned and is almost about to start another one between INDB-ST
Coming back to Premiums inspite of charging exhorbitant fares the service provided to passengers is dismal in most cases which will definitely force passengers to turn their backs to these Premiums, Apart from Mumbai-Delhi & Mumbai-Gorakhpur...
