7. Move Lucknow NR division to NER.
8. Shift Manjhi-Chhapra/Thawe-Siwan-Chhapra to ECR.
9. Transfer Kharagpur division to ER.
10. Switch Singrauli- Chopan - nagar Untari to WCR.
11. Katihar div to ER.
12. Move Hotgi-Wadi to SWR.
Creating a new zone doesn't seem likely due to budget cuts. I'm all for the 9 zone setup, but IR seems to be giving in to political pressure for votes. Makes you wonder, right?

Yo, check it out! So, like, recently 5 brand new WAP7 locos were sent from Kalyan Electric Loco Shed to Ajni Electric Loco Shed. And yo, in Kalyan ELS, there's a crazy shortage of these WAP7 locos, man! And, like, it ain't the first time this has happened. Even before this, like, 7 to 8 fresh WAP7 locos got sent to Ajni. Kalyan ELS only got like 3 to 4 new WAP7 locos now. What's up with all these transfers, man? Why they moving all the fresh locos from PLW and BLW to Ajni ELS?
