Grievance Description : The Senior DRM, Mumbai Divison, Central Railways Sir, LTT-ERS Durunto (12223/4) is always running with low patronage round the year, except some vacation seasons. In this regard I request you to consider:- 1. 12223/24 LTT Ernakulam Duronto should be converted as a Superfast Express only with halts only at Thane, Panvel, Ratnagiri, Madgaon, Mangalore, Kannur, Calicut, Shoranur, Trichur and Ernakulam Jn stations. The train could be easily extended to trivandrum by giving connection to people in south kerala to mumbai in additons to netravati, garib rath (bi weekily), 22113/4 express (bi weekily) .I hope that these small changes in the train service will help boost patronage and helpful for travellers between mumbai and kerala.
