Food for thought: The existing RJPB Rajdhani's slot is more suited for AGTL Rajdhani (which it can share with the future Imphal Rajdhani).
NDLS 17:10 / / AGTL 10:40
And the experimental NDLS PNBE Rajdhani SPL slot (19:10 departure) is more suited for the regular RJPB Rajdhani.

The derailment site at Moradabad Jn this evening. Two coaches of a freight detailed earlier today. Parts of tracks at PF5 and the adjoining freight track are completely destroyed. There are freights all over the station and passenger traffic is piling up. Restoration work is in full swing.

Unpopular opinion. Vande bharat should not run between two non metro city. It would be get occupancy only if it start from a metro. Recently started VB from Nagpur to Bilapsur is a good example. As ticket price of VB is very high there would not be demand for this if it runs between two non metros. Also minimum distnace should be 600 kms to utilise its potential. Run 5 pair each from six metros . Unnecessary stating trains in routes with low demand for premium train would be wastage of resouces.

In the first phase, VB rakes should be used to replace all Shatabdis originating out of NDLS with more aggressive TTs. First two should be 12001 to restore the old TT and 12017 to expedite reversal,

Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think there's a Rajdhani in IR with maintenance worse than any of NFR's Rajdhanis. It was poor when it was with NR, it's poorer now that it's with NFR.

To begin with, I think it's the thought that matters. With CR/ER/WR, every coach has some element of customisation, thoughtful curated maintenance, OBHS that actually exists and catering management beyond giving the contract to the caterer next door.

With this, it's evident in every bit of the rake how soon did NFR drops the ball on this one. They just can't care enough. As long as it's running, chalega.

I'm doing this MB NDLS because my 12203 didn't confirm. Had that not been the case, I'd have had some next level maintenance stories to narrate :)

If I have to go to DBRG, I'd rather take HWH Raj and then Kamrup. Not dealing with this.

That's encouraging to know. I've always believed that as for SR's Rajdhani, I think there will hardly be a difference be it BBQ maintenance or NZM. With SCR, I think it'll make a huge difference if SC gets to maintain it. Again this thought is based on how things were when I was here 5 years ago.

Jammu Rajdhani used to be impeccable and then they put it in an RSA with 2424 and hell broke loose ЁЯе▓
I'm not sure how things are now.
