WR was under stress managing operations of this Jamnagar Vande Bharat and Jamnagar Intercity between Viramgam - Ambli Road in both Up/Down directions. Currently, In morning 22960 Jamnagar Intercity reaches Viramgam before time and is kept waiting for at least 20 min to allow 22925 Vande Bharat to come, halt and depart.
Similarly, in the evening 22959 Intercity is sidelined at Amboli Road to allow 22925 Vande Bharat to pass.

Slowed down between VG - ADI in down direction and severely slowed down between SBI - ADI in up direction
Timings still need to be optimised in Rajkot - Ahmedabad section. I’m up direction it takes 3 hours 30 min while in the down direction it takes less than 3 hours.

Agreed, should be extended to Surat. Or can be extended to Okha on one end and to Vadodara on the other end. This will provide direct daily (6 days) intra-state originating train connection between Dwarka and Rajkot/Ahmedabad/Vadodara.
The new time of 22925 effective today is going to be ineffective between Ahmedabad and Viramgam. Mark my words, there is going to be minimum average delay of 10 min or probably more in reaching Viramgam. If at all it manages to reach Viramgam in just 48 mins with 2 halts at Sabaramti and Sanand then it is going to be hats off to the ADI division.

Wah WR managers!! First day of new timings. As per NTES 22925 delayed 34 min at Viramgam, 38 min delay at Surendranagar, 42 min delay at Wankaner. Expected delay of at least 45 min at Rajkot. WR should revert back to old time of 17:55 departure from ADI which has often seen before time arrival at Rajkot

BVC division of WR should seriously think of increasing the frequency of this train to daily from weekly with revised timings as follows:
19204/19203 proposed new timings with the objective of providing efficient overnight travel option between Somnath-Veraval-Junagadh-Jetpur-Kunkavav-Lathi-Dhasa section and Vadodara-Surat-Valsad-Mumbai section. Currently, there is total lack of daily overnight connection between Somnath-Junagadh-Jetpur-Kunkavav-Lathi and Anand-Vadodara-Surat-Mumbai.

Post covid WR has terminated services of Jamnagar intercity between Vadodara and Surat. It should you be restored back by re-initiating RSA between Surat Bandra Intercity and Surat Jamnagar intercity. Illogical reasoning like there are too many trains between Surat Vadodara to justify short termination at Vadodara is foolish. Surat has large population from Saurashtra and there is total lack of intar-state originating daily train connection between Surat and Surendranagar/Wankaner(Morbi)/Rajkot/Jamnagar. Is WR thinking that people should deboard from Jamnagar intercity at Vadodara and then board other trains passing through Vadodara to reach Bharuch/Ankleshwar/Surat??

Is Railway board playing a joke? Is it fooling the people of Saurashtra? 6 hours and 20 min to reach from Botad to Ahmedabad?? Are they in their minds? And heights is 14 hours and 20 min from Veraval to Ahmedabad? Even after considering single line section of Veraval-Jeralsar-Lathi-Botad-Dholka-Ahmedabad, any normal train should cover it in under 9 hours.
