Seriously ! daily it is going to Katihar for maintenance means Balurghat pitline is still not functional.So coming to the conclusion Farakka express extension was done fast although pitline was not functional due to pressure by Railway ministry/board as election was there in balurghat on April 26.

No the issue will be rectified by Katihar division after few days/month untill balurghat pitline and depot is fully fit for operation.

Katihar earnings+footfall showcased it's worth if daily trains given for Pune, Mumbai,Bengaluru,surat it can easily enter in top 200 crores clubs combining uts+prs but sadly because of MP like dulal Chandra it is neglected by RB for providing new trains although pit is underutlilised atleast a daily train for Mumbai/Bengaluru is needed.Atlast purnea footfall is also nice it's in top 6 in UTS.
