What's the reason NCR is not updating entire Delhi-Kanpur Section to Tripled or Quadrupled ? Are there any future plans of NCR about it ? It is one of the busiest rail route of India but always get choked b/w ALJN-HRS-TDL-ETW-CNB

EDFC didn't give that much room for Passenger Trains because very much of cargo is still going through Delhi-Howrah Main Line.

Or Maybe they're just delaying. PRYG div of NCR has always neglected West UP's districts. I have always vouched for shifting these stations in Agra Division.These lots has worst infrastructure in entire NCR.

I agree, but my main focus wasn't stoppages but infrastructure of stations. Look at Aligarh, Hathras, Tundla, Firozabad, Etawah Stations, they lack very basic amenities.
There are 4 stations in Hathras and 2 main stations
HTC(falls under NER IZN) and HRS(under NCR PRYG). You can clearly see the diff between infra, basic public amenities provided on the station.

There was a land dispute case going on in court b/w NER and Bangla Degree College but NER lost that case. Otherwise, HTC could be 4pf Station if NER won that case.
This was the reason, NER postponed developmental work on PF2. Now, it has a Foot over Bridge, Coach Indicators, Large Displays etc. Cleanliness is top notch and GRP Police station (not chowki). I have only single pic of HTC. Here I attached it.
